Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategies.
• Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns within the allocated budget.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with local and international partners to expand the company’s network.
• Collaborate with designers to create advertising materials and content for websites, brochures, catalogues, and other promotional tools.
• Coordinate with designers, illustrators, photographers, production companies, and other participants involved in marketing campaigns.
• Perform search engine optimization (SEO) activities in collaboration with IT specialists using various techniques.
• Review, edit, and proofread existing content in English and Russian, ensuring accuracy in spelling and grammar.Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing (preferably in the real estate/property sector).
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Russian (knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; team-oriented, friendly, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Senior Accountant

Employment Type: Full-time
Company: Vizus H.C.LTD, a certified provider of corporate services, with an office in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions. Your duties will include:
- Monitoring all bookkeeping and recording transactions in the accounting system and registration of income and expenses for local and international clients.
- Preparation, management, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Preparation and review of internal reports at regular intervals (as requested by the firm’s management).
- Communication with clients to collect necessary documents for the bookkeeping purposes.
- Management of income/revenue and taxes, and preparation of income tax return declarations, V.A.T. declarations, social insurance declarations, and other declarations in compliance with the applicable legislative and regulatory framework. TAXISNET/TAXPORTAL service (preparation and submission of OSS, VIES, V.A.T.)
- Preparation and submission IR7 Forms.
- Preparation and submission/calculation of SDC and GHS.
- Regular liaison with external auditors to organize and update financial records of companies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with experience in public accounting and working with external auditors.
- Thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Knowledge of the applicable Tax, VAT, Social Insurance and other relevant legislation shall be considered as a vital, additional qualification.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial and accounting software and tools. Knowledge of Intelisoft will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Greek verbal and written (Russian will be considered as an advantage).

The candidate must reside in Limassol, and have Cyprus work permit.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting functions. Your main duties will include:
- Recording transactions in the accounting system.
- Accounts reconciliation – Banks, Processors, Customers and Suppliers.
- Regular liaison with external and internal stakeholders.
- Assistance in preparation of management reports on monthly basis.
- Other ad-hoc duties and tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Proficient in English verbal and written.
- Analytical skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to details.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
